Abstract

Im Rahmen der Masterarbeit wurde geforscht, inwiefern das Projekt einer Sch��lerfirma 15 Sekundarsch��ler zur Berufsvorbereitung und St��rkung der ��berfachlichen Basiskompetenzen f��rdert. Die Gr��ndungsphase des Projekts wurde w��hrend 17 Wochen im Sinn der Aktionsforschung erfasst. Die Evaluation der Beobach-tungen, der Kraftfeld- und der ICF-Analysen hat folgendes gezeigt: Das Projekt hatte sehr positive Wirkun-gen auf die Leistungsmotivation. Zudem waren vielf��ltige Steigerungen in den ��berfachlichen Kompetenzen zu beobachten. Insbesondere die hohe Bedeutsamkeit und der inklusive Charakter des Projekts liess die Jugendlichen mit grossem Eifer arbeiten. Im Projekt liessen sich auch viele weitere schulische Inhalte im-plementieren. Wichtig erwiesen sich zudem eine gute Diagnosef��higkeit der Lehrpersonen, eine hohe Struk-turierung, viele Hilfestellungen und eine hohe Betreuungsdichte.
