Plain explanation of IIB by Wise Jester

Abstract

This is a plain explanation of IIB, triggered by the question "So, what are you doing, again?" IIB by Wise Jester is a blind, humor-based algorithmically assisted network to show people with professional interest in hybrid knowledge how they think when contexts collide and provides them with opportunities to assemble visionary collaborations. The vision of the society that IIB supports: Individuals are the main units of the new economic reality: the intellectual and immaterial exchange. They take multiple roles as both doers and customers. They complement and challenge each other. Neurodiversity and inclusion say their fair word in discovering and applying the "superpowers" towards shared goals. Collaborative, multi-educated, vision-driven individuals, developing their talents, are rather a norm than exotics. International collaboration, focused on solving wicked problems, overcomes cultural barriers. Technologies and their assisted memory facilitate interaction across time zones. Transitional thinking and its variants are applied in change processes, where every individual may be a change agent. No mediators are involved in interaction between professional groups and independent professionals. Imagination is taken seriously for high-risk innovation initiatives. The principle of "Keep it simple, stupid!" remains only on funny t-shirts, because complex, deeper thinking is finally appreciated as advantage, not nerdiness. Professionals are trusted, so the managerial levels in organizations are minimized, because organizations are now transformed into collaborations. It is natural brightness that shapes workplace, not workplace that incarcerates brightness. If an opportunity appears on the horizon, this information is public, and all the willing professionals compete for it on an equal basis. Their potential for dealing with a challenge at work is valued probably more than years of accumulated experience in similar contexts – because change is fluid cross-industry evolution, with spontaneity and its freedom for testing ideas. Because change comes from the outside. IIB by Wise Jester, version 2, moved to: https://wisejester.ru/ Home: https://мудрый-шут.рф/
