摘要。在民主改革和公民改革时期,与在舆论形成和管理中实施社会政治广告相关的主要挑战之一是实现其有效性。如何衡量社会政治广告的有效性?确定商业广告的有效性相对容易——确定广告支出与商品销售增长的比率就足够了。但确定社会政治广告的有效性是一项复杂的任务。乍一看,社会政治广告的有效性取决于为特定政治力量投票的人数、政党或特定社会团体的支持者人数的增加。但是,应该记住,借助社会政治广告将人们的选择引导到必要渠道的可能性是有限的。特别是,社交广告通常用于针对特定时间和地点的特定受众。
