Abstract

摘要。本文分析了乌兹别克斯坦共和国个人劳动争议替代解决的法律规制。通过分析斯大林对劳资纠纷的意见,揭示了苏联内部政策对解决个别劳资纠纷的态度。 注意到国际劳工组织第92号和第130号建议的体现在乌兹别克斯坦国家劳动法中。文章分析了独立国家联合体劳动立法中解决个体劳动争议的程序。指出了导致乌兹别克斯坦劳动力市场出现个体劳动争议的因素。此外,还分析了劳动争议委员会在个别劳动争议的替代解决方案中的作用和重要性。从比较法律的角度研究了法国和德国劳动立法中的替代性劳动争议解决方式。还将分析通过调解解决个人劳动争议的过程。将分析乌兹别克斯坦司法系统解决个体劳动争议的特点。在本文的报道中,提供了乌兹别克斯坦共和国最高法院审议和解决个人劳动争议的统计数据。在文章的总结部分,提出了考虑和有效解决乌兹别克斯坦个人劳动争议的理论和实践建议。
