冠状动脉血管化后 IHD 患者的肾脏功能状态

Abstract

研究目的:研究缺血性心脏病(IHD)患者心肌血运重建术后长期肾脏功能状态。 材料和研究方法。该研究包括 160 名因冠状动脉造影而住院的缺血性心脏病 (IHD) 患者,并决定了血运重建技术的适当性和选择。该研究不包括 eGFR 低于 60 ml/min 的患者。所有患者均接受标准 IHD 治疗。在血管内手术、冠状动脉造影/经皮冠状动脉介入术 (CAG/PCI) 后的第二天,所有患者都接受了血肌酐浓度的测定,以确定发生造影剂肾病 (CIN) 的患者。在动力学方面,三个月后,在血运重建后第一年和第二年观察结束时,所有患者都进行了肾脏功能状态的测定:血肌酐浓度,计算GFR,甲状旁腺激素浓度、磷、尿酸在外周血中。
