Abstract

El contexto actual, debido al impacto de la pandemia, nos ha llevado a repensar las estrategias de acompa��amiento a estudiantes durante su formaci��n profesional, acciones que promuevan la continuidad de sus estudios, que sirvan de soporte al proceso de adaptaci��n a nuevos entornos de aprendizaje y, de esta manera, fomentar la permanencia satisfactoria. Todas y cada una de las estrategias que conforman el programa ���Te Acompa��o��� buscan garantizar una educaci��n inclusiva, equitativa y de calidad y as�� promover nuevas oportunidades de aprendizaje. ���Te Acompa��o��� considera estrategias especializadas seg��n cada ciclo de vida del estudiante, enfoc��ndose en el promover una adaptaci��n exitosa a la educaci��n superior en los nuevos estudiantes, busca afianzar y consolidar la elecci��n profesional en los estudiantes de ciclos intermedios y fortalecer habilidades para la empleabilidad y egreso oportuno en estudiantes de ��ltimos ciclos, adem��s de estrategias de financiamiento solidario y becas para fomentar la permanencia de estudiantes. Asimismo, el programa ���Te Acompa��o��� tiene la misi��n de contribuir con la formaci��n integral del estudiante de educaci��n superior, desarrollando competencias personales, las mismas que ayudar��n al ��ptimo desempe��o en el ��rea acad��mica, laboral, social, personal y profesional del estudiante. El programa es una estrategia de acompa��amiento integral que tiene como centro al estudiante y es desarrollado por docentes, tutores, psic��logos y personal administrativo y es considerado una buena pr��ctica para el cuidado del estudiante, as�� como para elevar los ��ndices de permanencia y graduaci��n estudiantil.
