Recomendações de Uso de Tecnologias Digitais da Informação e Comunicação da BNCC para a Educação Básica e a Realidade Escolar Brasileira

Abstract

Com a Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) (BRASIL, 2017), a recomendação de integração das Tecnologias Digitais da Informação e Comunicação (TDIC) em processos educacionais formais, no Brasil, aparece de maneira mais contundente do que nos documentos anteriores, sob a justificativa de se tratar de conhecimentos muito relevantes para atuação no Século XXI. Considerando que o documento em questão é o principal orientador da educação básica brasileira, este artigo tem por objetivo refletir sobre a BNCC e as condições das escolas públicas brasileiras de implementar o que tal documento recomenda a respeito da integração de TDIC nos processos de ensino-aprendizagem. Orientados pelo método materialista histórico-dialético, foi realizada análise da BNCC e de relatórios do Comitê Gestor da Internet no Brasil, a fim de evidenciar as contradições nessas orientações, conforme natureza do método. Foi possível perceber que, se por uma lado a orientação das TDIC na BNCC não chega a ser cunho emancipador, por outro, é necessário aproveitar o documento para exigir condições humanas e tecnológicas melhores às escolas, tendo em vista que estas não atendem sequer ao ensino operacional TDIC previsto.
