AMULET: a novel read count-based method for effective multiplet detection from single nucleus ATAC-seq data

Abstract

This code is meant for reproducibility of AMULET analyses conducted throughout 2020. Otherwise, please refer to https://github.com/UcarLab/AMULET for the latest version of the software which has increased functionality and bug fixes.
