Askari Zakariah Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam,Dosen Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam, Dosen Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam Institut Agama Islam Al-Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka *Corresponding author: rahmatjhe91@gmail.com ABSTRAK Kualitas pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam akan lebih baik, jika pada pembelajarannya tidak memfokuskan pada pembelajaran agama saja tetapi bersifat luas, baik itu pada ilmu sains dan teknologi. Dengan memadukan ilmu tersebut maka akan lebih mengembangkan pemahaman peserta didik baik dari aspek agama maupun sains dan teknologi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) Berbasis Integrasi Sains dan Teknologi Peserta Didik Kelas X SMA IT Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka”.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian dan pengembangan atau dalam bahasa Inggris Research and Development. Peneliti menggunakan model pengembangan deskriptif dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Model pengembangan ADDIE terdiri dari lima tahap sesuai dengan namanya yang merupakan singkatan dari Analysis (Analisis), Design (Desain), Development (Pengembangan), Implementation (Implementasi), dan Evaluation (Evaluasi). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa validasi bahan ajar pendidikan agama Islam berbasis integrasi sains dan teknologi dinyatakan valid berdasarkan hasil penilaian oleh 3 validator., dinyatakan praktis berdasarkan penilaian observer pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam menggunakan bahan ajar yang dikembangkan, dan dinyatakan efektifberdasarkan hasil angket respon siswa dan tes hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X SMA IT Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka.
