Abstract

概括。 在 97 名女性中,在生理性妊娠的三个月期间对血清中的促 (IL-4 和 IL-10) 和抗炎 (1β、IL-6、TNFα、INFγ) 细胞因子水平进行了比较研究 . 与健康非孕妇的数据相比,妊娠早期促炎细胞因子(TNFα、INFγ)水平升高,在抗炎细胞因子(IL-4 , IL-10)。 在妊娠晚期,观察到促炎细胞因子(IL-1β、TNFα、INFγ)的血清水平进一步升高。 所进行的研究结果表明,在细胞因子网络水平上存在胎儿保护机制,违反该机制可能是妊娠病理的原因。
