Professionalität und Logopädie Eine Einschätzung aus Literatur und Praxis zu logopädischen Kompetenzen zur Elaboration von Handlungsmöglichkeiten im Fachkräftemangel

Abstract

Der Deutschschweizer Logopädinnen- und Logopädenverband appelliert an Studierende, keine Stellen anzutreten, welche aufgrund des Fachkräftemangels nicht besetzt werden können, und damit die Professionalität und das Image der Logopädie zu bewahren. Über die Ausarbeitung von Kompetenzen und deren Erwerbszeitpunkte sollen in der vorliegenden Bachelor-Arbeit Professionalität in der Logopädie beschrieben und Handlungsmöglichkeiten im logopädischen Fachkräftemangel abgeleitet werden. Einschätzungen zu dieser Thematik aus der Literatur und die Validierung durch elf Expertinnen aus der Praxis ergeben sechs Kompetenzbereiche, die für ein professionelles Arbeiten interagieren müssen: Selbstkompetenzen, sozial-kommunikative Kompetenzen, professionelle Kompetenzen i. e. S., problemlösende Kompetenzen, technische Kompetenzen, Kompetenzen zur Integration von Wissen und Erfahrung. Die Erwerbszeitpunkte sind nicht abschliessend beurteilbar. Die Formulierung von Handlungsmöglichkeiten ist aufgrund fehlender Daten zum Fachkräftemangel nur bedingt möglich. Die Forderung nach einem statistischen Beleg für den Fachkräftemangel und dessen Gründe wird geltend gemacht.
