Abstract

espagnolCette recherche visait à établir la traçabilité de la composante ethnique en tant que maillon de l'enseignement supérieur colombien. Ensuite, effectuez une revue de la littérature avec des auteurs à fort impact, en trouvant des références et des décrets qui aplanissaient l'apprentissage ethnique du côté de l'inclusion et de l'apprentissage significatif avec qualité, en établissant des politiques publiques visant à renforcer les institutions d'enseignement supérieur en temps de pandémie. Enfin, on a pu en déduire que l'État, en faisant une hilarité avec l'ONU, met en œuvre des stratégies pour dispenser une formation, en adoptant les enseignants et les étudiants résilients, les TIC comme outil vital pour développer leurs activités. EnglishThe purpose of this research was to establish the Traceability of the ethnic component as a link in Colombian higher education. After conducting a literature review with high-impact authors, finding references and decrees that managed ethnic learning from the edge of inclusion and meaningful learning with quality, establishing public policies aimed at strengthening higher education institutions in times of pandemic. Finally, it could be inferred that the State, making a hilarity with the ONU, implement strategies to provide training, adopting resilient teachers and students, technologies as a vital tool to develop their activities.

espanolEsta investigacion tuvo como proposito establecer laTrazabilidad del componente etnico como eslabon de la educacion superior colombiana. Luegode realizar una revision de literatura con autores de alto impacto, hallando referencias y decretos que apanaban el aprendizaje etnico desde la arista de la inclusion y el aprendizaje significativo con calidad, estableciendo politicas publicas encaminadas a fortalecer las instituciones de educacion superior en tiempo de pandemia. Finalmente, se pudo inferir que el Estado, haciendo una hilaridad con la ONU implementan estrategias para impartir formacion, adoptando los docentes y estudiantes resiliente, las TICs como herramienta vital para desarrollar susactividades.
