The present document provides an overview of the management structures and procedures that will ensure an ecient execution and high quality excellent implementation of the NEWSERA project and thus contribute to the production of high quality project results and outcomes. The aim is to provide the project beneficiaries with a handbook that indicates the management structures, tasks and responsibilities at all levels in project execution.
