Abstract

Das Workingpaper beleuchtet, welche Herausforderungen der digitale Wandel für die Kompetenz- und Karriereentwicklung von Wissensarbeitenden generiert. Im Zentrum stehen Einschätzungen zu drei Fragestellungen: Welche wissensbasierten Tätigkeits- und Berufsfelder sind insofern als «hot spots» der digitalen Transformation zu betrachten, dass sich die Tätigkeit- und Kompetenzprofile wie auch Entwicklungswege für Beschäftigten hier grundlegend verändern und die Arbeitsmarkt- und Beschäftigungsfähigkeit von Wissensarbeitenden unter Druck gerät? Welche Schlüsselkompetenzen, Mindsets und individuellen Ressourcen brauchen Mitarbeitende, um sich in einer digital ver­änderten Arbeits- und Karrierewelt erfolgreich zu bewegen? Welche Ansätze sind erfolgversprechend, um Wissensarbeitende beim Erwerb karriererelevanter Schlüsselkompetenzen und Ressourcen im Umgang mit der digitalen Transformation zu unterstützen?
