ЧЕЛОВЕЧЕСКИЙ КАПИТАЛ КАК ФАКТОР ПОВЫШЕНИЯ КОНКУРЕНТОСПОСОБНОСТИ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЙ / А. И. ФУЧЕДЖИ // Сборник научных работ серии «Экономика». В статье обоснована роль человеческого капитала в развитии предприятия, представлены основные направления инвестиций в создание конкурентных преимуществ человеческого капитала. Обобщение научных подходов к использованию и управлению человеческим капиталом позволил также актуализировать возможность и необходимость применения человеческого капитала как фактора повышения конкурентоспособности предприятия. The generalization of scientific approaches to the use and management of human capital also made it possible to actualize the possibility and necessity of using human capital as a factor in increasing the competitiveness of an enterprise.
