Tribe Nealecypridini Savatenalinton & Martens, 2009 The Tribe Nealecypridini includes the genera Astenocypris G. W. Müller, 1912, Diaphanocypris Würdig & Pinto, 1990, Nealecypris Savatenalinton & Martens, 2009 and Tanycypris Triebel, 1959. These species differ from other Cypricercinae-tribes by a narrow carapace in dorsal view, a Triebel loop either without vb or with a short vb, located in the middle of the distal CR attachment (Savatenalinton & Martens 2009a). The four species of the tribe Nealecypridini can be differentiated using characters of T1, T2, CR attachment and LV (Tab.2)
