Resumen: En el presente trabajo se realiza un análisis comparativo entre las cadenas inciertas de Kaufmann y Gil Aluja y las cadenas estocásticas de Markov en su aplicación al control de gestión de la liquidez, interesándose por contrastar la validez de estos instrumentos operativos, en orden a evaluar distintas alternativas de sistemas de control de la tesoreria de la empresa, atendiendo al ambiente aleatorio o incierto en que se desarrolla.
