This dataset covers Fig. 5 of the following publication: Title: Tilt-invariant scanned oblique plane illumination microscopy for large-scale volumetric imaging Authors: Manish Kumar and Yevgenia Kozorovitskiy Optics Letters Vol. 44, Issue 7, pp. 1706-1709 (2019) https://doi.org/10.1364/OL.44.001706 Briefly: The sample imaged is a Thy1GFP expressing transgenic mice brain slice - fixed and coverslipped. No clearing was performed for these. See "readme.txt" for additional info and details about how to use "shearNscaleObliq" file.
