Abstract

This work is an output of the MixITiN project (see www.mixotroph.org). It describes the construction and example deployment of a simple model describing the growth of mixoplankton for education purposes. The book is supported by a free-to-end-user model to operate on Powersim Cockpit, and an editable model in Powersim Studio.
