Enhancer-promoter interactions and transcription are maintained upon acute loss of CTCF, cohesin, WAPL, and YY1

Abstract

1. spaSPT data for endogenously tagging HaloTag-YY1 in mESCs (clones YN11 and YN31). 2. spaSPT data for HaloTag-YY1 in CTCF- (clone CD1) or RAD21- (clone RD35) depleted mESCs. 3. sptSPT data for stably expressing HaloTag-YY1 in clone PBYN2 and YY1-HaloTag in clone PBYC3.
