Abstract

L’intégration relationnelle inter-organisationnelle des fournisseurs et clients directs de la chaine logistique (CL) a été largement considérée par la littérature comme levier principal de sa performance logistique. Cette intégration repose sur trois principales dimensions clés ; le partage d’information, le partage et la coordination des ressources et la collaboration et le développement des liens inter-organisationnels avec les acteurs de la chaine logistique. Les chaines logistiques d’exportation des primeurs (CLE) de la région Souss Massa (RSM) ; première région exportatrice des primeurs au niveau national ; sont confrontées aux exigences réglementaires ainsi qu’aux exigences accrues des clients européens. Ces CLE s’intègrent avec les clients et les fournisseurs directs pour évoluer vers des organisations transverses permettant d’être plus performantes sur le marché européen. L’objectif de cet article est d’aboutir, par le biais d’une étude empirique menée auprès d’un échantillon de 12 groupes exportateurs de la région Souss-Massa, à identifier l’impact de l’intégration relationnelle sur la performance des chaines logistiques d’exportation des primeurs tout en essayant de répondre à la problématique suivante : Quel est l’impact de l’intégration relationnelle des Supply Chains sur la performance des chaines logistiques des groupes exportateurs des primeurs dans la région Souss Massa?
