This unit was published in „International Cooperation of Competition Authorities in Europe: from Bilateral Agreements to Transgovernmental Networks” Błachucki, M., ed., (2020). The case study is devoted to the analysis of the European Commission’s decision in the Three/O2 UK merger. The case represents a shift in Commission’s analysis of telecom mergers. It is also a model example of cooperation between NCAs and the European Commission in merger cases.
