In 2017 Gdansk University of Technology (GdańskTech) launched the Bridge of Knowledge platform (https:/mostwiedzy.pl/en/) which integrates and presents information from many different curated sources. It is open for the whole scientific community and ensures comprehensive information on the scientific activities of researchers. The platform consists of several services such as a catalog of publications and institutional repository, the open research data repository (the Bridge of Data), inventions module, projects module, and others. In addition, researchers can set up their profiles that include information about scientific output, achievements and activities. It is essential to present the facilitated data in the right context. By creating a semantic network within the platform, the user can navigate from one object to another easily. It ensures more efficient searching and provides reliable information from trustworthy sources resulting in data quality increasement.
The Bridge of Data is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund within the framework of an Operational Programme Digital Poland for 2014-2020
