The second toolkit, constitutes a guiding tool for hospital management in the adoption of health technologies. The objective is to provide hospital management with a map to provide a clear picture of which contextual factors are likely to hinder the full implementation of a health technology and in which managerial areas, on the contrary, one can expect a smooth support to technology use. This evaluation is performed on the basis of the maturity of the various contextual items in the specific hospital assessed. A list of items and their interpretation is provided in the toolkit.
