Abstract

Процессуальные теории мотивации рассматривают потребности как один из элементов поведенческого процесса, который связан с конкретной ситуацией. Для достижения конкретной цели, человек выбирает определенный вид своего поведения. Индивидуальные способности, ролевые ожидания человека также относят к элементам поведения. Наиболее известными процессуальными теориями мотивации являются: теория постановки целей Э. Локке, теория равенства С. Адамса, теория ожиданий В. Врума.
