STUDIUL CINETICII OXIDĂRII UNOR SULFONAMIDE CU IONII PERMANGANAT ÎN MEDIU BAZIC

Abstract

În lucrare au fost determinate condițiile optime de oxidare a unor antibiotice, reprezentanți din clasa sulfonamidelor (SA) – ftalilsulfatiazolului (FL) și acetazolamidei (AC) – cu ionii MnO42 în soluții apoase în mediu basic în sistemele KMnO4-SA-NaOH: [KMnO4] = (0,5-2,0)×10-3 M; [NaOH] = 0,05 M, [NaClO4] = 0,005 - 0,05 M, [SA] = (0,1-1,0)×10-3 M. Pentru studiul legităților cinetice ale procesului de oxidare a fost utilizată metoda spectrofotometrică, realizându-se măsurarea absorbanței amestecului reactant în timp la l = 525 nm, care corespunde maximului de absorbție a ionilor permanganat. Prin metoda spectrofotometrică a fost depistat că în mediu bazic se formează ionii MnO42-. Din spectrele electronice se observă dispariţia semnalului pentru absorbţia KMnO4 pe parcursul reacției la 525 nm şi apariţia maximului nou la 625 nm, caracteristic ionului manganat. În baza ecuaţiei Arrhenius a fost determinată energia de activare în sistemul KMnO4-AC-NaOH, care are valoarea 62,23 kJ/mol.
