Agromyza analis Rondani, 1875 ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION: 1875b: 179 (key), 183 (description). TYPE LOCALITY: “ in colle agri parmensis [Parmese hill (Italy)]”. TYPE MATERIAL: 1 ♂, syntype (covered with mold, missing left fore-, mid- and hind-legs) (MZUF: Box 35): Agromyza Fall. / analis Rnd. / 1858. CURRENT STATUS: valid species, as Liriomyza analis (Canzoneri et al. 1995: 11); nomen dubium in Agromyzidae (Papp 1984b: 341, Evenhuis & Pape 2020). REMARKS: Rondani (1875b: 183) described Agromyza analis, without specifying either the number or the sex of the specimens, but giving a single measurement of length: “ una vice tantum lecta [collected only once]”. We found one syntype in this study.
