Antimicrobial resistance - Salmonella, E. Coli, prevalence ESBL data

Abstract

The database contains the evidence presented by the Data Visualization tool (available on EFSA website) accompanying the publication of the 2015 European Union Summary Report on antimicrobial resistance (AMR). Data correspond to occurrence of resistance in Salmonella from animals and humans, occurrence of resistance in E. Coli in animals and prevalence of ESBL-producing E.coli in animals and meat, in EU Member States. Format XLSX; Contact zoonoses_support@efsa.europa.eu (EFSA); FWD@ecdc.europa.eu (ECDC)
