Investigación Colaborativa para la Transformación Educativa: el caso de PedaLAB UGR

Abstract

Partiendo de la necesidad de atender a un enfoque ecológico de la educación que tenga en cuenta los diferentes saberes que se articulan en los contextos de aprendizaje y la importancia de iniciar procesos de investigación colaborativa y proyectos transdisciplinares que pongan en el centro el conocimiento como bien común (Rivas-Flores, 2021) se crea el Laboratorio Pedagógico, PedaLAB UGR. Esta iniciativa ha trasladado el concepto de laboratorio ciudadano al contexto educativo con el propósito de generar un espacio de encuentro de diferentes saberes, de diferentes profesionales, docentes e investigadores, para compartir experiencias educativas y promover la colaboración. La formación, la investigación y la transferencia son los pilares en los que se articula la actividad del laboratorio (Pascale y Resina, 2020) donde se desarrollan sesiones de intercambio y debate de las experiencias de docentes (Ellis, et al., 2020), permitiéndonos identificar las necesidades y diseñar proyectos que sitúan el arte y la experiencia estética como mediación educativa (Ocaña, 2020). En este contexto iniciamos una investigación para realizar una evaluación de esta iniciativa poniendo el foco en los docentes participantes con el propósito de comprender qué repercusión tiene en su desarrollo profesional la participación activa en el laboratorio a través de actividades de formación, investigación y transferencia.
