This script was used in the study "The CsrA-FliW network controls polar localization of the dual-function flagellin mRNA in Campylobacter jejuni" for identification of CsrA binding sites based on RIP-seq data. The script is written in Python 3 and requires installation of the Python 3 packages numpy and scipy for execution.
