This manuscript is Widhaan Constitution (Constitution of any organization) of Mental Asylum of Education, as per Widhaan Sample, in accord with Sanstha Darta Ain 2034 (Nepal's Laws). It is submitted to Ward Number 3 Office of Gauradaha Municipality, Municipality Office of Gauradaha Municipality, District Administration Office Jhapa, District Administration Office Kathmandu, Office of Company Registrar Registration, and by means of Widhaan, even is submitted to Court, by means of Ref Number(Reference Number), and Registration Number too is there, to discuss, about authorities, that might be intrested to work. Using numerical values and putting numerical registration would be allowed, when topics of citizenship is talked, even Ref Number would be allowed, but that are works of authorities, and it would depend, if they would return any application or not, irrespective of number of copies provided.
