A working group of the DFG Senate Commission on Key Questions in Clinical Research has compiled the most important aspects that are relevant when describing research projects in the field of medical and biomedical research in order to ensure high quality and reproducibility of research results. This guideline is useful for project planning and implementation as well as for the review process. The DFG supports this subject-specific self-reflection of research processes and is in exchange with other funding organisations and research institutions for this purpose. Eine Arbeitsgruppe der DFG-Senatskommission für Grundsatzfragen in der Klinischen Forschung hat die wichtigsten Aspekte zusammengetragen, die bei der Beschreibung von Forschungsprojekten im Bereich der Medizin und Biomedizin relevant sind, um eine hohe Qualität und Reproduzierbarkeit von Forschungsergebnissen sicherzustellen. Dieser Leitfaden kann bei der Planung und Beschreibung von Projekten sowie für die Begutachtung verwendet werden. Die DFG unterstützt diese fachspezifische Selbstreflexion von Forschungsprozessen und steht dazu im Austausch mit anderen Förderorganisationen und Forschungseinrichtungen.
