Causal coupling inference from multivariate time series based on ordinal partition transition networks - Microelectrode array recording.

Abstract

This dataset contains the original microelectrode array recording used for the link publication. The HERMES_OPT_meta.pdf file contains the following information: - dataset structure and content, including file naming structure - brief description of the acquisition system, the biological sample used (more details provided in the linked publication) The dataset is uploaded as compressed folders in *.7z format. 7-Zip is a freeware, and can be downloaded at this link: https://www.7-zip.org/download.html
