Ergebnisse der Umfrage des ZKI-Arbeitskreises Strategie und Organisation zu Softwarelösungen an den Hochschulen 2021

Abstract

Derzeit gibt es im ZKI noch keine Übersicht darüber, welche Softwarelösungen wie häufig bei den Mitgliedseinrichtungen eingesetzt werden. Diese Umfrage hat deshalb zum Ziel, ein besseres Bild zu den eingesetzten Lösungen zu gewinnen und durch die Abfrage von besonders zentralen Systemen eine hilfreiche Vergleichsmöglichkeit für viele Einrichtungen zu schaffen. Die Umfrage wurde von 89 Hochschulen beantwortet. Für die einzelnen Kategorien der Softwarelösungen wurden bis zu 83 Antworten gegeben. Die Teilnahme an der Umfrage war vom 20.4.2021 bis zum 21.5.2021 möglich. In der Umfrage werden die folgenden Kategorien abgefragt: Backup CaMS – Campus Management System Chat / Instant Messaging CMS – Content Management System DMS – Dokumentenmanagementsystem FIS – Forschungsinformationssystem Kalender LMS – Lernmanagementsystem Mail Private Cloud / VM-Management Projektmanagement Ressourcenmanagement Sync-n-Share Ticket- / Incident Management Videokonferenzen Videomanagement Wissensmanagement Für jede Kategorie wurden die folgenden Fragen gestellt: Welche Lösung setzen Sie ein? Ist das System kommerziell, Open Source, selbst entwickelt oder hybrid? Wie betreiben Sie das System? Intern, extern oder gemischt? Wie zufrieden sind Sie mit der Lösung? (Skala von 1 – sehr unzufrieden bis 10 – sehr zufrieden) Welche Kommentare haben Sie? Zusätzlich wurde nach Hochschultyp, Bundesland und der Anzahl der Studierenden in der Einrichtung gefragt.
