DOMINICAN REPUBLIC: Azua, Baoruco, Monte Cristi, Pedernales, San Juan, Santiago, Santo Domingo, Valverde (Leng & Mutchler 1922; Wetherbee 1985; Kazantsev 2007; Perez-Gelabert 2008; Kazantsev & Perez-Gelabert 2009; Perez-Gelabert 2011b, 2020).
