Abstract

Archived Source code associated with the publication: Cargo-specific recruitment in clathrin and dynamin-independent endocytosis by Paulina Moreno-Layseca and colleagues. The code includes - An ImageJ macro that randomly generates points inside a binary mask (Random point generation.ijm). - An archived version of the ZeroCostDL4Mic StarDist 2D notebook used in this study (StarDist_2D_ZeroCostDL4Mic.ipynb). - A TrackMate Macro used to batch track data (Automated_tracking.py) - An R script to combine the data generated by the TrackMate macro (Tracks_merge.R).
