Body small for the subfamily, form robust, tegmina and hind wings absent. Face smooth. Head with fastigium verticis broad. Hind tibiae with 1 large spine in middlle and 1–2 small spines on basal or apical area on internal margin and 4–7 small spines on external margin. Male ninth abdominal tergite widely rounded, with 1 pair of widely spaced lateral hooks, its apices sharp, directing outward; subgenital plate with very small styli. Female seventh abdominal sternite with 1 pair of small copulatory depressions. Species included. The genus includes 4 species in total. Two known species are reported for the Chinese fauna.
