Immune system plays important roles in the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease (PD). However, little is known about the contribution of peripheral B cells in PD. Herein, we performed integrative analyses of single-cell transcriptome and immune profiling of B cells from 8 PD patients and 6 healthy controls. Totally, 10,466 B cells were identified from single-cell transcriptome sequencing.
