The trained Avocado model for the publication "Completing the ENCODE3 compendium yields accurate imputations across a variety of assays and human biosamples" published in Genome Biology (https://genomebiology.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s13059-020-01978-5). It can impute genome-wide epigenomic experiments at 25 bp resolution for 84 assays and 400 cell types.
