Amélioration de la prise en charge des patients cancéreux face au Covid-19 : Etat des lieux et analyse

Abstract

Le monde entier est frappé par une flambée épidémique sans précédent, connue sous l’appellation de nouveau Coronavirus 2019 ou covid 19. La gravité de cette crise réside dans la vitesse de sa propagation, les pouvoirs publics se trouvaient dans l’obligation d’adapter leurs modes de gouvernance au nouveau contexte épidémique. A l’échelle mondiale, une panoplie de mesures ont été mises en place en urgence pour limiter la propagation de la pandémie à savoir le confinement, cessation des activités industrielles et commerciales. Sur le plan sanitaire, ses répercussions sur le système de santé étaient indéniables notamment la cancérologie qui constitue le principal défi de la politique nationale de santé parce qu’elle nécessite des soins rapides et des ressources importantes. L’objectif de cette recherche est de mettre en lumière les pratiques de gouvernance entreprises par le centre d’oncologie Oujda pour réduire les retombées négatives de la pandémie vis-à-vis : patients, professionnels de la santé et circuit de prise en charge. Une analyse a été effectuée via la matrice SWOT pour permettre aux responsables du centre d’oncologie de dresser la feuille de route pour maitriser les effets de la pandémie sur les parties prenantes à l’hôpital ainsi que la qualité de soins.
