Tone and genes: new cross-linguistic data and methods support the weak negative effect of the "derived" allele of ASPM on tone, but not of Microcephalin -- full data and analysis

Abstract

Full data and analysis scripts supporting the paper "Tone and genes: new cross-linguistic data and methods support the weak negative effect of the "derived" allele of ASPM on tone, but not of Microcephalin". This is composed of a single ZIP archive (tone-genes-update.zip) that contains all the information and code, as well a self-contained HTML document (tone-genes-update-full-analysis.html) that is the full analysis report.

To ensure full reproducibility, it redistributes some data and fragments of code from other sources, in which case it specifies their origin, and, if the case, information about their use.

Keywords

MCHP1, Microcephalin, tone, ASPM
