This is the question set used in a survey of European academic libraries commissioned by SPARC Europe. This survey was developed in consultation with members of the European Network of Open Education Librarians (ENOEL). SPARC Europe is helping to make open access to research the default. The aim of this survey is to explore and collect information about the work done by academic librarians to implement the UNESCO OER Recommendation, published in Nov 2019.
This work has been supported by The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation.
