Data gathered by Kan Zhu and Min Zhao, Department of Ophthalmology & Vision Science, Department of Dermatology, Institute for Regenerative Cures, University of California, Sacramento, CA 95817, USA Human Corneal Epithelial cells were seeded on FNC® coated electrotaxis chambers 1 day before experiments. Time lapse images were recorded for 5 hours in full culture medium at 37°C with 5 min intervals.
