طُرق تسوية المنازعات بين الدول المعتمدة لدى المنظمات الدولية ودول المقر "الدولة المضيفة"

Abstract

Abstract:This study is based on the presentation of five basic approaches, with the methodology of rooting for the subject of the study, taking into account the analysis of the situation of the methods used in international work to settle disputes between the Countries accredited to the regional or international organization and the Countries of the headquarters, as the international community approved the principle of maintaining international peace and security, and the member states of international organizations have paid attention to methods of resolving international disputes by peaceful means, the most important of which are the accepted political and diplomatic methods for settling International disputes, and we also find that international law throughout its history is always concerned with resolving international disputes, as long as the handling of disputes is one of the main goals of any law and at any level, and international law follows one of these two methods. Preventing it from occurring or settling it after it happened "That is why we find that the United Nations Charter also affirms the first method", which is recommended by the Security Council as well as states whether they are a member or not, and even the General Assembly was alerted to such matters, and through our reading of a record International investigation and criminal tribunals since the Versailles Treaty was issued in 1919, until the formation of the Ronda Special Criminal Court in 1994, is a strong indication of the international community's need for criminal prosecutions of an international character to settle disputes between states, or between international organizations and the countries of headquarters as the "Host States", In whose territory the buildings of that organization are located.
