ИЗУЧЕНИЕ АНТИБАКТЕРИАЛЬНЫХ И ФУНГИЦИДНЫХ СВОЙСТВ ЭКСТРАКТОВ ИЗ ВЫСУШЕННОЙ БИОМАССЫ КАЛЛУСНЫХ, СУСПЕНЗИОННЫХ КУЛЬТУР КЛЕТОК И КОРНЕВЫХ КУЛЬТУР IN VITRO ЛЕКАРСТВЕННЫХ РАСТЕНИЙ

Abstract

В результате проделанной работы установлено, что все тестируемые экстракты проявляют антибактериальные и фунгицидные свойства. Показано, что величины диаметра зон лизиса Escherichia coli, Bacillus pumilus и Penicillium expansum максимальны для иссопа лекарственного, сапожниковии растопыренной и маакии амурской и равны 17,0-18,0 мм, 16,0-18,0 мм и 16,0-17,0 мм соответственно.
