Abstract

El presente trabajo aborda la estructura del procedimiento civil ordinario descrito en el proyecto de ley que establece un Nuevo Código Procesal Civil en Chile, y lo compara con el procedimiento vigente en materia penal. Es un trabajo de comparación normativo, pero también incorpora la experiencia de quien suscribe, tanto como docente, litigante y juez, con comentarios prácticos y críticos sobre la regulación propuesta
