Poročilo o izvedeni anketi Razmere hranjenja muzejskih predmetov

Abstract

To poročilo je del zagonskega projekta DS 6.1 - Napredni materiali za hrambo kulturne dediščine, ki ga je v sodelovanju z Innorenew CoE, Univerzo na Primorskem, Inštitutom za celulozo in papir, Nacionalnim inštitutom za javno zdravje, Zavodom e-Oblak in Fraunhofer WKI vodil Raziskovalni inštitut ZVKDS v obdobju od 1. aprila 2018 do 31. marca 2021. Zagonski projekt je bil posvečen razvoju naprednih materialov, namenjenih zaščiti kulturnodediščinskih predmetov, posledično pa tudi raziskavam njihovega hranjenja in senzorifikacije. Gre za enega izmed osmih zagonskih projektov evropskega projekta InnoRenew CoE (H2020 WIDESPREAD-2-Teaming; # 739574), ki ga koordinira Univerza na Primorskem. V poročilu so predstavljeni rezultati raziskave o pogojih hrambe predmetov v slovenskih muzejih in galerijah. Podatki so bili zbrani s pomočjo strukturiranega vprašalnika, ki je vključeval vprašanja o organizaciji muzejskih depojev in načinih shranjevanja muzejskih predmetov v njih, o klimatskih pogojih in razmerah v depojih, uporabi sistemov HVAC (ogrevanje, prezračevanje in klimatizacija), uporabi embalaže za dolgotrajno pakiranje muzejskih predmetov in prevozu muzejskih predmetov. Skupno je bilo pripravljenih 78 vprašanj v slovenskem jeziku. Vprašalnik je bil ustvarjen z uporabo orodja EnKlikAnketa. K sodelovanju je bilo povabljenih 89 slovenskih muzejev, katerih zaposleni so na vprašalnik lahko odgovarjali od septembra do vključno decembra 2018. Vprašalnik je izpolnilo 61 muzejev, izračunana stopnja odgovora pa je 80-odstotna. Zbrani podatki ankete so predstavljali temelj za nadaljnje delo v zagonskem projektu.
