ESCALATOR Logical Framework

Abstract

This document is the logical framework for the ESCALATOR programme developed by the South African Centre for Digital Language Resources (SADiLaR). ESCALATOR aims to support the development of an inclusive and active community of practice in Digital Humanities and Computational Social Sciences in South Africa. The document builds on the ESCALATOR Theory of Change available at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4736572. As new information becomes available the document will be updated.
