Files: 1/ mapping.txt - mapping between the * file.fastq.gz--barcode pair and the * sample-replicate pair 2/ barcodes.txt -- file contains barcode sequences for demultiplexing reads 3/ primers.txt contains forward and reverse primer sequences for ITS1 and ITS2
