The Labeler Software is intended to enhance the annotation process for biological signals data. It is customizable for any number of fiducial points we aim to annotate and any biological signal. It also enables to load one more additional signal that can help the annotation of the primary signal.
This work has been supported by the Swiss National Science Foundation ML-Edge Project (GA No. 200020182009/1).
